Skulls for Cairns

We came across many sun-bleached reindeer skulls and remains on our 11 day trek from Kangerlussuaq to Sisimiut.  These were especially well placed on the top of a hill, acting as a cairn for the weary hikers and hunters (depending on the season).

    1. Thanks Mark! I would imagine hiking the ACT in April to be a little more challenging than when we did it because of shorter days and cooler/snowy weather. I think it would still be quite lovely as long as one is prepared!
